Cost for the 2013-14 season
will be $725
A deposit of $225 is due at the secondary evals.
Payment options and due dates:
One lump sum: (INCLUDING the initial $225) of $725.00 at the 2nd evaluation.
1 payment: The payment (after the initial $225) of $500.00 is due by January 1st, 2014
2 payments: The first payment (after the initial $225) of $250.00 is due by January 1st, 2014. The second payment of $250.00 is due by March 1st, 2014.
4 payments: The first payment (after the initial $225) of $125.00 is due by January 1st, 2014. The 3 payments of $125.00 are due by the 1st of each of the following months: February, March, April. If your last tournament is in March your final payment will be due prior to or at your last scheduled practice.
Those who become delinquent on payments will not be allowed to practice or play in tournaments until the account is brought current.

If your checks have a last name that is different then the last name of the player, please put the player’s name in the memo portion of the check so payment can be properly applied to the appropriate player.
